The record is organised by date before media is matched to each location. Official Cambodian accounts are clearly labelled; independent reporting and satellite analysis are distinguished.

Methodology

How evidence is presented

The chronology is built first. Locations and media are attached only after their relationship to an incident is established.

  1. ChronologyEvents are dated from published records before footage is searched.
  2. AttributeOfficial claims, independent reporting and visual analysis are labelled separately.
  3. LocateExact and approximate coordinates are explicitly distinguished.
  4. MatchOriginal footage is preferred after its date and location are confirmed; final edits do not need embedded geolocation.

A map marker shows where evidence was recorded. It does not, by itself, establish responsibility or legal status.
